A few weeks ago, I realized I’ve had the unusual good fortune of working somewhere really awesome.

This comes at a time when there’s a lot of doom and gloom in the industry. There’s this idea that it’s impossible to get a job, and even if you do, it will be somewhere that works you to the bone and sucks the life out of you.

That has not been my experience. So, I wanted to show a little peek into what it’s like working at Twitch.

This one was super interesting, and honestly taught me some useful things I hope I’ll never need to know.

Exactly what it sounds like. Approaches to happiness and contentment that take an unusual approach. Burkeman has a really unique writing style and is just a joy to read.

A very approachable introduction to a lot of Buddhist principles.

If you’re someone who is stressed out by the mere fact that you’re stressed out, this might give some helpful perspective. Stress can be useful and even positive in many areas of our lives.

A quick and easy read to give you some gym-spiration.
